Inspired by all the images “Nice” cream / Nana Ice Cream that I see on Instagram, I ventured to make my own. The options for flavors are endless! All-natural and sugar-free, you can even have this for breakfast! Why not? 

 

2-3 bananas, sliced and frozen for 3+ hours, or overnight

1/2 berries, or other fruit (mango, peach, pineapple, etc) frozen for 3+ hours, or overnight

1/4 cup raw cashews, soaked for 1 hour, or overnight and drained

1/2 cup filtered water

 

  • Blend the cashews with the filtered water until smooth. Add the frozen fruit and blend again until smooth. Add a little more liquid, if necessary.

  • Eat immediately, or freeze in ice pop / popsicle molds for a creamsicle.
