matcha bliss balls
My favorite healthy treats for the holidays are actually raw, vegan and stress-free, easy-to-make! These Matcha Bliss Balls took me less than 10 minutes to make, and are vegan, gluten-free and made with natural sweeteners. What's not to love?
1 cup blanched almonds
1/2 cup golden raisins
2 Tbsp chia seeds
2 Tbsp maple syrup
2 tsp matcha powder + more to coat
1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
1/4 cup pistachios, crushed, to coat
2 Tbsp black sesame seeds, crushed, to coat
Process together until all the ingredients break down and are evenly Incorporated. The mixture should hold together when pinched with your fingertips. Add more syrup if it's too crumbly, or more nuts off it's too wet. Roll into balls, and coat by rolling some of them in sifted matcha, black sesame powder, and pistachio sprinkles. Keep refrigerated.
